Overview
Berewick is a planned community in western Steele Creek, near I-485 and Steele Creek Road (NC 160). It combines detached single-family homes with attached, townhome-style product, built across several phases.
Layout and sections
Because the community was built in phases, sections differ in lot size, home size, builder and age. Some sections may have their own rules or fees layered on top of the master association. Confirm the section name for any home you evaluate.
Amenities and HOA

Shopping and roads
