Our evidence standard
We publish a completed-home example only with a correct community identity, Mecklenburg County location, proof of a completed residence, evidence type and date, a clear asking-versus-sale distinction, a source reference and a verification date. No examples meet that standard in our records yet, so none are shown.
Small samples
Estate-level sales are few. Averages from small samples can mislead; we will note sample sizes whenever we publish figures.
