Golf in Steele Creek

Private clubs

The Palisades Country Club is a private club associated with The Palisades community. Private clubs set their own membership categories, initiation fees, dues and waitlists. None of that is implied by owning a nearby home. We do not list private clubs as public attractions.

Questions to ask a club

• Which membership categories exist, and which include golf?
• Is membership available to non-residents, and is there a waitlist?
• Do any memberships transfer with a home sale? Get this in writing.
• Are there minimum spending requirements or capital assessments?

Golf-course lots

Course-side lots can carry easements, errant-ball exposure and view considerations. Review the survey, plat and any recorded golf-course easements.
